These Terms of Service govern your use of Journey of Many, operated by Beyond Business Agency, New Zealand. By accessing or using this platform you agree to these terms.
1. About The Platform
Journey of Many is a global storytelling and directory platform for dancers, creators and travellers. We document and promote journeys, profiles and stories from around the world. We do not process bookings, handle payments between users or act as an agent for any person listed on the platform.
2. Your Account and Profile
By submitting a profile you confirm that all information provided is accurate and belongs to you. You grant Journey of Many a non-exclusive licence to display your submitted content on the platform. You retain full ownership of your own content.
- You must be at least 18 years old to submit a profile
- You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date
- You may request removal of your profile at any time by contacting us
3. Our Rights
Journey of Many reserves the right to:
- Approve or decline any profile submission at our discretion
- Remove any profile or content that violates these terms
- Modify or discontinue any part of the platform at any time
- Update these terms with reasonable notice
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use this platform to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Harass, threaten or harm other users
- Infringe any intellectual property rights
- Scrape, copy or reproduce platform content without permission
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
5. Payments and Subscriptions
A basic profile listing is free. Journey of Many also offers paid Creator and University membership tiers with additional features. Paid tiers are purchased and billed through Whop, a third party payment processor. Current pricing is shown on Whop at checkout. Completing a Whop checkout constitutes your explicit consent to that charge. You will never be enrolled in or charged for a paid tier without completing checkout yourself.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform design, branding, code and original content belongs to Beyond Business Agency and Journey of Many. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Journey of Many is provided in good faith but without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including any interactions or transactions with other users or third parties discovered through the platform.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Privacy Policy
Journey of Many, operated by Beyond Business Agency, New Zealand, is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
1. Information We Collect
When you submit a profile or interact with this platform we may collect:
- Name and dance name
- Email address
- Country and city of residence
- Dance style and experience
- Biography and achievements
- Social media handles (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
- Usage data such as pages visited and time on site (via analytics tools)
- If you use Beyond Finance, the income, expense and financial planning data you choose to enter
2. How We Use Your Information
- To build and publish your profile on the platform
- To contact you regarding your profile submission and any updates
- To improve the platform and user experience
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:
- Service providers who help operate the platform (WordPress hosting, email services)
- Translation services (Weglot) to provide multilingual access
- Analytics providers to understand platform usage
- Whop, to process payments and manage paid membership access
- Zapier, to automate workflows such as connecting your submission to our email marketing platform. Zapier may pass relevant details to other tools we use for this purpose, including Klaviyo
4. Data Retention
We retain your profile data for as long as your profile remains active. If you request removal of your profile we will delete your personal data within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
Account and login data is retained for as long as your account is active. Login sessions expire automatically after 30 days and you can end one at any time by logging out.
If you use Beyond Finance, your income, expense and financial planning data is retained for as long as your Beyond Finance account is active. If you cancel your membership or request deletion, this data is removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
Data we have shared with third parties such as Whop, Zapier and Klaviyo is retained according to those providers' own retention practices. If you would like us to request deletion of your data from a specific third party, contact us and we will pass on that request.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the ニュージーランド Privacy Commissioner or your local data protection authority
6. International Data Transfers
Journey of Many operates globally. Your data may be processed in countries outside your own including New Zealand, the アメリカ and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected in accordance with this policy regardless of where it is processed.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure however we strive to protect your information.

Creator Agreement
This agreement applies to all dancers, teachers, studios and creators who submit a profile to Journey of Many. By submitting your profile you agree to the following terms.
1. Your Consent to Publish
By submitting your profile you give Journey of Many permission to:
- Publish your profile including your name, bio, dance style, photo and social links on the platform
- Share your profile on Journey of Many social media channels for promotional purposes
- Include your profile in platform marketing and promotional materials
2. Your Content
You confirm that:
- All content you submit belongs to you or you have permission to use it
- Your content does not infringe any third party rights
- Your content is accurate and not misleading
- You are the person you claim to be
3. Ownership
You retain full ownership of your content. Journey of Many does not claim ownership of your photos, videos, biography or any other content you submit. We only hold a licence to display it on the platform as described above.
4. Profile Removal
You may request removal of your profile at any time by contacting sam@journeyofmany.com Your profile will be removed within 14 days of your request. Journey of Many also reserves the right to remove any profile at our discretion without notice.
5. Paid Tiers
A basic profile listing is free. Creator and University are paid tiers with additional features, purchased and billed through Whop. Current pricing is shown on Whop at checkout. You will never be charged without completing checkout through Whop yourself.
6. No Employment or Agency
This agreement does not create an employment, partnership or agency relationship between you and Journey of Many. We are a platform that showcases your profile. We are not your manager, agent or employer.

Disclaimer
Platform Purpose
Journey of Many is a storytelling and directory platform. We document and promote dancers, creators and travellers. We do not act as a booking agent, talent manager or representative for any person or organisation listed on this platform.
No Verification of Credentials
Journey of Many does not independently verify the credentials, qualifications, experience or claims made by any person listed on the platform. Profiles are published in good faith based on information submitted by the individual. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging with any person discovered through this platform.
No Booking or Payment Processing
Journey of Many does not process bookings, payments or contracts between users and any person or organisation listed on the platform. Any arrangements made between parties are entirely independent of Journey of Many. We are not a party to and accept no liability for any such arrangements.
External Links
This platform may contain links to external websites and social media profiles. Journey of Many is not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of any external sites. The inclusion of a link does not constitute endorsement.
Accuracy of Information
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the platform, Journey of Many makes no warranty as to the completeness or accuracy of any content. Profiles are submitted by individuals and we cannot guarantee their accuracy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by ニュージーランド law, Journey of Many and Beyond Business Agency accept no liability for any loss, damage or harm arising from your use of this platform or your interaction with any person or organisation discovered through it.
